In short: the Venue Manager portal counts members due to renew in 2, 4 and 6 months, lists every registered player with their expiry date, and renews them in a tap.

Table bookings
Every table, every booking, one list
Link your Wix booking site and the portal shows bookings day by day, updating live as they come in.
- Book a walk-in for 1, 2 or 3 hours so it can’t be booked online
- Block one table or several for a whole day or a set time, up to two weeks ahead
- Cancel a walk-in or a block with two taps, and the table frees up online
- Members with an active membership can book from their own account

One-tap renewals
Add 1 month or 1 year to a membership from the player’s row. Active memberships extend from their end date.
Expiry emails
Members are emailed 5 days before their membership ends, and again once it has expired, and you can see which emails have gone.
NFC bar check-ins
Players tap their phone on the bar tag, or their member card, to check in and see their membership status straight away.
Live check-in list
Today’s check-ins update the moment someone taps in. Tap a name for their membership, recent visits and linked cards.
Join requests
Let anyone join your venue instantly, or approve each player first. Requests wait in the portal until you decide.
Table bookings
See every booking from your Wix booking site by day, updating live as new bookings arrive.
Walk-ins and blocks

What is Cue Sense Venue Management?
Venue Management is the part of Cue Sense for pubs, clubs and pool halls. From the Venue Manager portal you manage memberships and renewals, see who has checked in today, approve join requests and handle table bookings, walk-ins and blocked tables.
Do players need an app to check in?
No. Players tap their phone on the NFC tag at the bar, which opens the check-in page in their browser. They sign in once, and after that it is a single tap.
Do members pay for membership through Cue Sense?
No. Membership is paid at the venue. Cue Sense keeps the dates, renewals and reminder emails, and the check-in page asks members to see the bar staff when it is time to renew.
Can I run a venue without memberships?
Yes. Switch memberships off and players are simply registered at your venue. Dates, renewals and expiry emails are hidden, and check-ins and bookings still work.
How do table bookings work?
Table bookings come from your venue’s linked Wix booking site, and the portal shows them by day, updating live. You can book a walk-in, block one or more tables for a day or a set time, and cancel with two taps. Members with an active membership can also book from their Cue Sense account.
Does it work with League Manager?
Yes. Venue Management and League Manager share one Cue Sense account, so the leagues you host, your members and your check-ins sit together, and players’ venue visits show on their Player Analytics profile.
