Phase 3 — Beta

Prepare for public release: database migration, secure authentication, performance dashboards.

Phase 4 — Version 1.0

First commercial release: subscriptions, AI coaching, progress tracking, integrated Pool Manager.

Beyond Version 1.0, the long-term roadmap includes advanced computer vision, personalised AI training plans, Match Centre, Live scoring, and international expansion — always guided by the needs of players first.
