M15: Professional Performance Assessment
Professional Performance Assessment
Objective: Complete a capstone assessment bringing together audit, technical, tactical, equipment, table calibration, opponent analysis, tournament preparation, pressure performance, analysis, practice system and simulation work into a single performance review.
Why it matters: This assessment consolidates the entire Professional level into a single evidence-based picture of where your game stands and what comes next.
Watch: [Video placeholder] A sample capstone review talking through a completed performance file end to end.
Learn: Review your work from every module in this level: your performance audit, technical adjustment, shot-selection log, clearance planning, tactical log, break-testing results, equipment audit, table calibration routine, opponent scouting, tournament preparation checklist, pressure routine, match analyses, practice schedule and simulation results.
See it: [Image placeholder] A capstone performance review template summarising key evidence from each preceding module.
Practise: Compile a single performance file drawing one key piece of evidence from each of the fourteen preceding modules, and write a one-page summary of your current competitive strengths and priorities.
Test yourself: 1) Across all fourteen modules, which single area shows the clearest evidence of improvement? 2) Which area still shows the least evidence of change, and what would you need to do differently? 3) What are your top three priorities for the next competitive season?
Challenge: Present your completed performance file to a coach, training partner or mentor and use their feedback to refine your top three priorities.
Common mistakes: Treating this as a formality rather than genuinely reviewing the evidence; setting priorities based on feeling rather than the audit and analysis data collected; failing to revisit the file regularly after completing it.
Coaching cue: "The file is only useful if you keep using it."
Completion criteria: A completed performance file covering all fourteen preceding modules with a written one-page summary and top three priorities for the next season.
