M10: 30-Day Casual Player Challenge
30-Day Casual Player Challenge
Objective: Apply everything learned in this course through a 30-day structured practice challenge that builds consistency across potting, cue-ball control, position play, break, tactics and match routine.
Why it matters: Skills only become habits through repetition spread over time. A single intense session doesn't produce lasting improvement.
Watch: [Video placeholder] Overview of the 30-day challenge structure and how to log your daily practice.
Learn: A short guide explaining how the challenge is structured across four weeks: fundamentals and potting, cue-ball control and spin, position play and safety, and full frame play and match routine, with a short daily practice session and a weekly self-assessment.
See it: [Image placeholder] A 30-day practice calendar showing which drills to repeat on which day.
Practise: Complete at least 20 minutes of practice on 30 separate days, rotating through the potting test, speed-zone drill, stun ladder, two-ball position exercise, break test and a full frame using the match routine.
Test yourself: 1) Which of your skills improved most over the 30 days, and which improved least? 2) How does your potting test and break test score compare to when you started this course? 3) What will you focus on next?
Challenge: Complete all 30 days without missing more than 3, and finish with a self-assessment comparing your Day 1 and Day 30 results across potting, cue-ball control, position play and break performance.
Common mistakes: Practising only the drills you already enjoy or are good at, rather than rotating through everything covered in this course.
Coaching cue: Ask each day: which skill needs the most attention today, not which drill do I feel like doing?
Completion criteria: Log 30 days of practice, complete a Day 30 self-assessment, and show measurable improvement on at least three of the module drills compared to your first attempt.
